If you are unable to keep your session time - this is not a problem - just let us know as soon as possible, please contact us straight away.

Workshops, Talks & Event Bookings

Same as above! lol Thank you so much for your interest in my work - it is so important to me to help as many people as I can, if you need to cancel contact us promptly, so someone else can take your space.  You can also apply your spot to the next workshop or goods in kind from my shop.  A refund only takes a few days to go through the website….thank you for your patience.

If your ticket was a gift or through someone who has booked an April Danann event - please contact this organiser directly to cancel, change or refund.

Session Appointments

These appointments are important time for you and will be money well spent, however if for any reason you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as you can.

A full 24 hours notice would be helpful in order to re-organise schedules and bookings. Thank you so much!
