Return of Natural Rebel Products

You have 1 week from the date you received the item to contact us.

If we approve the return of the item you have 2 weeks from the date you receive it to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened/ unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You should obtain proof of postage of the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Due to the nature of our downloadable digital products, we do not generally offer a refund or credit. If you would like to request a refund or credit you should contact us immediately. We will assess refund and credit requests on their merits, but we have no obligation to give them.
