Litfest Ballymaloe is the only fesitval of its kind in Ireland and gives people from all over the world who are passionate about food and drink the opportunity to share ideas and meet like-minded enthusiasts.  This year the event is over the weekend of Friday 19th - Sunday 21st May and  April Danann and the Natural Rebel Market Stall will be at the Fringe Festival - call by and lets talk all things wild fermentation!
