In addition, her warm manner and engaging knowledge, make her a popular speaker at numerous events.
April teams up with chef Oliver McCabe for a demonstration of delicious, healthy dishes with a focus on her speciality of fermented foods. There will be lots to learn and taste with an opportunity for questions.
