For over 17 years I have been creating my own intuitive herbal tea blends - these are unique to me and taste lovely. I started making my own teas because I was not convinced of the active properties found in others teas. For the most part, I was only able to find teas made by non-herbalists and usually not using the best parts of the plants that I wanted to see in a tea. Everything is caffeine free and gentle on the body, mind & spirit, because herbs work on every level of your well-being.

This is one of my favourite selections of herbs! Such an array of gentle anti viral, anti fungal and overall boosting energy from nature. It does contain black walnut hulls, so if sensitive to nuts this in not for you. I have added in Cistus Incanus - a microbiome disrupter, which I feel can help our bodies defences in positive ways.
