To make your own Herbucha (Kombucha) you will need a Mother (also known as a scoby; symbiotic culture of bacteria and wild yeast) to begin the fermentation process; you can make your own (which can be tedious) or try this one which April has developed over time using wild yeasts. Made of rooibos and hibiscus, created and grown using mountain well water and naturally caffeine-free. Includes notes on how to get started and suggestions on recipes to try out.
