My very own honey, naturally produced here in West Cork - free of chemicals, untreated and right out of the hive; is blended together with my own apple cider vinegar and a selection of immune boosting herbs.

Right now - I have an elderberry, garlic, lemon, cinnamon & clove Oxymel ready for the coming flue season :)
