You Are the Teller of This Tale...

Change is not a terrible thing - but it can be difficult when you feel as if you have no idea what is up ahead or around the next corner. Many of us have lived our entire lives like this - hoping, wishing or even expecting something better - sometimes it comes and sometimes...well.

Yet, this is not any real way to live, is it? We all should have a good deal more certainty, security and assuredness about our futures. This is something I have been giving quite a bit of thought to lately - perhaps for many years 'the future' hasn't been very far from my mind.

You know those days when you just don't feel like yourself?

We all seem to have those days - some of us more then others and they may occur more often at certain times, then others. You know those days - when you just don't feel like yourself? And for some reason, you can't quite understand, you feel like someone else or something else or anything but you.

Some people refer to it as getting up on the wrong side of the bed and for me, it often appears to start that way - of course I fully understand from an energy perspective what is taking place. Yet, it doesn't always make life any easier!

Soul Re-covery on the Spiritual Path

Perhaps the single biggest thing that holds us back in life is the family that raised us. I would not refer to them as our family of origin because as many of you walking the spiritual path are finding out, an unsupportive and unloving family are not likely to be connected to you on a soul level.

Probably the easiest way to describe this is that we have been mixed up on an energetic level – some of us have been enslaved, adopted out, lost and otherwise taken in by strangers at various times during our lives here on this planet.

Ghosts In the Machine....

October seems to be the appropriate time of year to be discussing some other aspects of our energetic make-up here on this planet – being the month of darkness, change and ending with Samhain - it’s a good time to talk about energy vampires.

Now, there are several types of people who are drainers, users and the run of the mill waste of space. Not all of these people are former humans, but enough of them are – just look at the current preoccupation with all things dead, paranormal, ghost, vampire and alien.

Self Blame

'Don't sweat the small things' is a quote that was going through my mind recently when I encountered an issue with a project that I was working on (something that had taken me a very long time). However, the problem did not originate with me, but on another level, yet my reaction was very interesting because I blamed myself and internalized the negativity.

A huge pattern had surfaced.

Looking For Love

As you may know already, I am on day 8 of a 10 day Master Cleanse which I started with the firm intention of removing blocks, breaking down walls and navigating my way around obstacles that were generally holding me back from living my dreams.

Here I am breaking down these walls around my heart and all I am thinking of is love - of course for me, I always start a query by looking it up - love is an emotion of strong affection and personal attachment that you feel for another person. Ok. But, that doesn't fill in all of the blanks for me yet.

What's Wrong with this Picture?

A few days ago I read an article from a famous politicians wife who was commenting on the fact that mothers were not happy staying at home and that without a career would be unfulfilled as people. I have been mulling over her comments for the past few days as they don't sit very well with me for some reason. LOL

First of all - she implied a few things that are totally untrue. Staying at home to raise your own children yourself does not mean that you cannot have a career or be successful. This article was quite clear that you needed to leave your home and your children with 'professionals' in order to achieve something in life.

2nd Day - Getting Interesting!

Well, today is my second day on the June Master Cleanse and I must say that things are very interesting already. I have lots of symptoms of a mild viral thingy going on here- with aches and pains in my knees, slight chills, low level headache, a rash on hands and foot, tired and a huge amount of resistance in my body to doing this next part of the journey.

Of course, I have been doing this long enough to know that this resistance is from the virus itself that is under attack right now by my own body defenses and that it has been there for over 20 years - controlling me in lots of ways. Now, the tables have finally turned.

And On the 6th Day....

Another day and another layer of toxins have left the building! I must say that by early morning yesterday I was feeling better than I have in months and I usually feel pretty good. My energy levels are great and I even did a few mini workouts yesterday - lifting weights again with my shoulder without a problem.

So, how am I feeling today - well when I turn my head to one side I can feel it catch and a tightness. However there is not much pain, just a small ache in the one area. It has completely settled down. My cold is better, but I have a cold sore now! Which is typical for me, I usually get one with a flu. Oh well.

10 Day Master Cleanse

Today is day 1 of a Master Cleanse. I decided to blog it this time to let anyone who might be interested know how easy and great this process/method of detoxing can be. I am drinking my 'juice' which is fresh organic lemon juice, water, herbal tea, pinch of pepper and maple syrup.

I use herbs in the water to help make the detox part of this work more efficiently. The last time I did this cleanse was before Christmas and I did it for 40 days. Massive time of awakening for me - think about it, nothing to do but carry on with your day, not digesting solid food, so all that energy is free to heal, shift, change and open up.
