If we didn’t have these energy drains – who would we be?
I don’t know about you but I am fully aware that I should have , and some days do have more energy. On those days when I don’t feel up to my usual self I have often focused on exactly what is going on with my body to get to the bottom of how my energy is being distributed.

Worry for us appears is the ultimate distraction - I have observed myself and many others who can worry a path in the floor. Or, my personal favourite, stand in front of the fire and stare off into space while our minds work away.

To be honest, I don't really agree with this logic. Mostly because if you ignore or forget about where you have come from, you will certainly end up making the exact same mistakes and more.
